About Melanie
Melanie offers 27 years of experience in holistic massage and natural skincare facials to enhance a woman’s natural beauty and well-being. She is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), and an Ambassador for the vegan beauty brand known as Tropic. Melanie takes a keen interest in well-being for women of all ages, and is an active participant of a local menopause support group.

The Classic Facial

Having been a customer of Tropic Skincare for nearly 10 years, I decided to become an Ambassador for Tropic and later trained in Beauty Facial treatments. The Classic Facial includes a double cleanse, tone, steam, mask, and facial massage using Tropic products tailored to your skin type. The facial also incorporates a massage of the face, decolletage, and neck, providing an extremely relaxing experience, not to mention a totally refreshed appearance!
The Oriental Fusion Facial

Experience the ultimate in luxurious skincare pampering with the Oriental Fusion Facial. After a double cleanse, tone, mask, and steam, enjoy an Oriental Fusion Face Lift massage using the Kansa Massage Dome to release toxins and promote lymphatic drainage. Regular treatments can reduce sinus congestion, clear skin, and improve skin tone. Combining Tropic’s natural ingredients with increased blood flow and lymphatic drainage to leave you feeling totally refreshed and noticeably radiant, even your family and friends will comment!
The 'City' Massage

Prolonged sitting, manual work, and poor posture often cause back, neck, and shoulder pain. This massage uses deep Swedish strokes, kneading, and percussion to reduce tension by improving blood and lymph circulation and boosting energy levels. The City Massage can help prevent pain and stiffness and revitalises the senses with bergamot and neroli essential oils. Ideal for keyboard warriors, manual workers, or multi-tasking mums, I recommend 20-minute sessions once a week for several weeks, then monthly maintenance thereafter.
The 'Walk in the Park' Massage

Emotional stress can tense our muscles. The Walk in the Park Massage uses Swedish Body massage strokes on the upper body to improve blood flow and promote relaxation. Enjoy soft jazz and the aromas of frangipani and monoi oils. Book whenever you need to unwind and de-stress, making life feel a bit like a walk in the park.
The 'Escape to the Country' Massage

The Escape to the Country Massage involves a comprehensive approach similar to ‘The Walk in the Park’ Massage, but begins with a warm compress of the feet, followed by Swedish Body massage strokes on the limbs, hands, optional abdomen, decollatage, and concludes with the back, neck, and shoulders in a face-down position. Book when you have a little extra time to truly escape and benefit from the ultimate relaxing benefits this massage entails.
The Koh Samui Massage

Turnaround massage of upper back, shoulders, arms/hands, chest, neck, scalp and face. The Koh Samui Massage is inspired by treatments I received on the beaches of Koh Samui, Thailand, combined with my training, including Indian Head Massage in Brighton, UK. This massage incorporates techniques on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp, and face to relieve tension, improve circulation, and promote a deep spiritual connection. It can also enhance hair health, reduce stress and fatigue, increase mental clarity, and alleviate headaches.
